Breath Camp with Anil

Understanding the importance of proper breathing and its direction to our circulatory system both somatically as we as viscerally.  We often hear that yoga is detoxifying and can promote self-healing.  In this workshop we will be exploring breath control, energy control and their interconnection with our entire body.

Yoga Nidra Workshop

Yoga Nidra is a form of meditative self-inquity which has been known to induce deep relaxation throughout the mind and body, reduce stress, overcome insomnia, solve personal and interpersonal problems, neutralize and overcome anxiety fear, anger, and depression. It can also allow one to enter into deep meditation in order to unravel the mystery of life and answer such questions as "Who am I?", "What is all of this?" and even "What is enlightment?" Please bring the following items with you for maximum comfort: yoga mat, eye pillow, eye mask or face cloth, small towel or pillow for a head rest, an open attitude, a relaxed state of mind. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. Workshop provided by Richard Wilkinson RYT 200, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Guide, iRest Yoga Teacher-in-training, INTERNAL PEACE INITIATIVE Project Director. LondON Lindyhoppers Monthly Swing Dance

No experience or Partner Necessary!!!

7-8pm : "More Than Beginner Lesson"
If you came last time, or have danced before, this is for you!!! An assortment of lessons will be taught including blues, solo jazz, and more advanced moves.

8-8:45pm: Beginner Lesson
Learn the very basics, starting from which foot is which! You will get all the dance moves you need to know to have a great night! No partner or experience necessary.

8:45pm-12:00am: Social Dance
Dance up a storm to your favourite swing tunes! Have a request? Come ask the DJ.

All you need is a set of non-marking, flat indoor shoes or socks (strict studio policy), a water bottle, and a sense of fun!

Free Meditation

Meditation is an effective form of stress reduction and has the potential to improve quality of life.  It is one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with the physical and psychological distress, and promote peace of the present moment.  Join us for a free meditation every last Sunday of the month at 7 pm.

Yoga Tune-Up Core Immersion

This four weeks series beginning on Wednesday, April 29 at 5:30 will enhance your connection to the abdominal core.  You will learn key structures that mobilize and stabilize the spine.  It will also help to improve your posture and create healthy posture habits.  Cost for the 4 weeks is $40 plus HST.

Monthly Kundalini Mantra Meditations

Each month we will explore meditations of different intents: Healing, Prosperity, Protection, Connecting with the Divine Mother, to name a few. The meditations all come from the teaching of Yogi Bhajan rooted in Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. Meditation is the art of breaking habits, to purify the mind and to take care of day-to-day things. Mantra is said to be "The Yoga of the Mind". A mantra is a syllable, word or phrase in one of the sacred languages (like Sanskrit & Gurmukhi) and sometimes in English, which elevates or modifies consciousness through its meaning, the sound itself, rhythm, tone, and even the reflexology of the tongue on the palate. Time: Sunday, TBAat 6:30 pm. Cost: $5

Yoga for the Hips 

Whether walking, running, sitting or dancing, the movement in our bodies is initiated by the hips. Yet, we forget about paying attention to them leading to tight hip flexors, low back pain and overall tightness. Spend the next 4 weeks exploring the hips, opening up and experiencing freedom from tension with this Happy Hips yoga series. When:  TBA.  Cost: $40 for 4 sessions.

Qi Gong Session

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese system of energy medicine that uses specific exercises and meditations designed to cultivate physical health, energetic harmony, and mental and emotional balance. You will learn to direct the flow of Qi (energy) through your body to cleanse it of energetic toxins, build physical vitality, and release emotional blockages. Although beneficial for all individuals, Qi Gong is especially helpful for healers, therapists and spiritual practitioners of all kinds. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  Starting date TBA.  Cost: $80 (including HST).

Yoga Fundamentals

This four weeks series is for the absolute beginner as well as for those who would like to revisit and clarify basic principles.  We will explore basic poses in depth and give you confidence with your own personal practice.  Through demonstration, discussion and experiential movement, you will gain key understanding of proper posture and how to keep your body safe.  When:  Wednesday, TBA from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.  Cost: $40.


Kids Summer Yoga Camp


Full Day from 9 to 4 - $185

Half Day from 9 to 12 - $150

Early drop off 8:30 and late pick-up 5:00 $50


Children will explore their creativity, thoughts and feelings through yoga, breathing and mindful movement.  The days begin with yoga and yoga games.  Children enjoy a healthy lunch brought from home, and then weather permitting will spent the afternoon in Victoria Park or water ark play and more yoga related activities.

Yoga has been found to be beneficial for improving children’s concentration, regulating stress, getting a good night sleep, and for building their self-confidence.  We will work on cultivating creativity and imagination, in addition to promoting a healthy connection between body and mind.

Please bring a packed healthy lunch, sunscreen, hat, water bottle and clothing you can move in and be prepared to have fun!

Curriculum includes learning the different parts of the body like bones, muscles, organs, etc.  The last day will include a talent show.
