Why Chair Yoga?

Yoga does not have to mean getting down on a yoga mat.

A chair can make yoga more accessible for older adults, people with limited mobility, individuals recovering from injury, people who experience balance challenges, and anyone who simply feels more comfortable practicing with additional support.

Chair yoga can provide an opportunity to move, breathe, relax, and reconnect with the body in a way that feels safe and manageable.

Take Your Teaching to More People

Chair Yoga Teacher Training gives you practical tools and teaching techniques to bring yoga beyond the traditional studio setting and into community centres, workplaces, seniors’ programs, healthcare settings, wellness programs, and other accessible environments.

Come learn how a chair can become a powerful tool for creating an inclusive yoga practice.
